When: Saturday, Nov 16th from 10 am - 2 pm
Please wear long sleeves, pants, and closed toed shoes or boots. Gloves are highly encouraged.
Things you can bring (optional): shovels, rakes, wheel barrels, pruning shears, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, chain saw, and fencing repair tools such as pliers.
Sign-up is not required but helpful.
Yes, we are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization. If you need community service hours, please bring your form(s) with you to the event and one of our board members will complete for you. Or contact us for a certificate of hours and we will get that emailed to you the following week.
No. Minors can volunteer. However a parent or guardian must complete the volunteer release and waiver form. Young minors will need to have adult supervision at all times.
You are not required to bring any tools. There will be some tools available for people to use such as wheel barrels and rakes to spread mulch. And some tasks do not require tools.
Unless we have severe weather, please plan to be there rain or shine. Dress appropriately.
